Tire storage value for insurance

GEM-CAR offers the possibility of entering the value of the customer’s tires in storage. This is important because in case of loss of the tires for any reason, we can send the information to the insurance

We need to mark the price at the moment of opening the TIRE STORAGE for the client. So at the same time that we type the rest of the information, take a moment to complete the value of the customer's set of tires.

We can get a detailed report of the TIRE STORAGE of our shop.

From the main menu: Reports / Customer Management

In the new Reports window: 


  • Select CLIENTS
  • Select the TIRE STORAGE LIST report
  • OPTIONAL: select the dates
  • Print to produce the report

The report will show the price:

  • per customer (one customer can have different vehicles and many Tire Storages)
  • the total for all the customers: at the end of the report
