Template for supplier importation

In order to import a suppliers' list to GEM-CAR, it needs to follow a template with a specific format.

To be able to know the characteristics of the file and columns, you need to follow this steps:

- From the Main Menu, click on Supplier Management / Import suppliers (Excel)
- The Import suppliers window will open
- Click on the spyglass to search for your Excel file
- Select the Document Name
- In the GEM-CAR Column box will display the COMPULSORY columns required for the transfer to prepare your Excel document
