- Go to "Inventory management" / "Product/Job code management"
- Click on the spy glass right next to the "Category" field
- Click on the "+" sign to create new rental category
- Choose random number and "Category type - RENTAL"
- If this is a vehicle rental category activate the option "Vehicle rental"
- If this is a tools rental category this option should not be active
