
When the phone ring and the customer is calling to know when is their appointment: you need a fast procedure.
Step 1 :
- From the POS, press F1 to start fresh and select a customer and their vehicle,
- Select "YES" to view the estimate,

- Select from the list the estimate that has the status : "Appointment".
- Double click on it.

- Click on a job from the estimates
- View the date and timer

PS: you can change the date of the appointment directly from the item line or via the calendar "F9"
