When the phone ring and the customer is calling to know when is their appointment: you need a fast procedure.


Step 1 : 
  • From the POS, press F1 to start fresh and select a customer and their vehicle,


  • Select "YES" to view the estimate,




  • Select from the list the estimate that has the status : "Appointment".
  • Double click on it.



  • Click on a job from the estimates
  • View the date and timer



PS: you can change the date of the appointment directly from the item line or via the calendar "F9"
