• Be sure that the specific duty is in a category that is independent of parts and tires (e.g.: 70)
• Go to the inventory window and click on the magnifying glass to the right of the category field.
• Be sure that the client does not have a group discount that offers a rebate on the “Specific Duty” category/item.

• Be sure that the specific duty is in a category that is independent of parts and tires (e.g.: 70)
• Go to the inventory window and click on the magnifying glass to the right of the category field.

Problem: The 2% auto-financing applies to the specific duties

• Be sure that the specific duty is in a category that is independent of parts and tires (e.g.: 70)
• Go to the inventory window and click on the magnifying glass to the right of the category field.
• The “additional margin” percentage must be at 0%.
• Save.

Problem: Specific duty price always has a red background

• Be sure that the specific duty has a cost price.
• Go to the inventory window and add a cost price.
• Save.
