Your technicians can add reminders while working in a job directly from the Punch clock window. In the lower left corner, GEM-CAR offers some buttons for your technician's convenience: calendar, list of products/jobs, reminders, history...

Regarding the REMINDERS, from the Punch clock window, you can easily:

1. Add reminders with the button 
2. See the active reminders for this client (if any) 

• To add a reminder:

Your technician must have started a job in a vehicle

Click on the F8 Reminder button

1. In the new window, click on the spyglass to get the full list of reminders 

2. Select the reminder with double click to bring it to the list

The technician can leave an INTERNAL NOTE to inform the advisors. This is done in the main Punch clock window (picture above)

3. If the reminder is not on the list, your technician can added by clicking on the + icon and repeat the previous steps
