How does the search icon works

In order to search for an item in your inventory:


  • From the POS, click on the spyglass by the description field



  • The product/job code management window will open
  • Click on the spyglass at the bottom of the window
  • Now you can type any code/word in any field + ENTER
  • GEM-CAR will display the list of items linked to your search term

In the example below, we have made a research by DESCRIPTION name “BRAKE”. GEM-CAR offers the list of items in your inventory containing the term “brake” on it.
