generate automatic purchase order using the minimum quantity

In todays world we keep less and less inventory, therefore you can set only a few item to have setting with min and max and then you can also generate automatic PO.

In order to create a PO for item that are bellow the minimum quantity, simply follow theses steps: 

  • In the main menu click on " Purchasing/receiving" then "Suggested purchases list",

  • Click on "Product that reached the  minimum,
  • Click on "Generate the list",
  • Add the quantity to order or used "Qty suggested = to order",
  • Click on the green clock icon to generate the PO.
