Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Use of Environize Anolyte 500 and Anolyte 50 ULV for disinfection
of cars
Step 1
Start by spraying the HOT AREAS (steering wheel, door handle, gear lever knob) using the Anolyte 500.
This will prepare the HOT AREAS for disinfection with Anolyte 50 ULV.
This procedure should only take about one minute.
After triggering spraying hot areas, proceed to step 2 and let the solution stand
on the surface of the hot zone until Step 2 is completed,
then wipe with a microfiber towel.
Step 2
Disinfect the trunk, rear seats and seat belts,
door handles, floor mats, window controls and electrical locks,
child car seat (if applicable) and end with the disinfection
fuel cap using the Environizer air gun (Fogger)
or Tornador filled with Anolyte 50 ULV.
Make sure you don’t get too wet,
but rather spray a uniform fog over the entire area.
This procedure should only take about 3 minutes.
Let the Anolyte 50 ULV air dry. Using a microfiber,
Wipe off all hot areas that were vaporized in step 1.
Step 3
Disinfect front seats without forgetting seat belts,
door handles, floor mats, window controls and electric locks.
Disinfect air conditioning vents by operating the
air conditioning with airflow in the recirculation position.
Burn the air conditioner vents, taking care to plug the perimeter
tool with microfiber for maximum penetration.
Use an Environizer (Fogger) or Tornador type air gun
with Anolyte 50 ULV and spray each vent for 10 seconds
not to get too wet but rather to provide a uniform spray of drizzle throughout the area.
This procedure should only take about 3 minutes.
Let the Anolyte 50 ULV air dry.
