Now when you send an appointment confirmation or a reminder by text message to your customer, they can reply and you will receive their message through the email setup in your configuration.

  • Go to [Configuration] > [General information],
  • In the first Tab "Option", in the  "Internet" configuration section, go to the "E-mail configuration" field,
  • Enter the email use to send estimate and receive texting configuration,
  • Click the disk to save.


NOTE
: The reply by mail doesn't count as a text message.
