Printing documents sometimes causes errors and GEM-CAR shuts down

     
Follow the following steps:
  • Go to “Peripheral Device Management”.
  • Go to “USB bus controller”.  
  • Uncheck the option “Authorize the computer to shut off this peripheral device to save energy”.
  • Save.
Note: When printing resumes, everything will work correctly.
