You must make sure that you have selected French Canada in your Internet Explorer configuration to use french description in your Weblink
To do so, open your Internet Explorer and go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options. In the Internet Options, select the General tab and click on Languages. Double click on French Canada and press Okay. If French Canada does not appear on the list, click on Add and select the French Canada and click okay.
