  • Install the exe file,
  • Put the GEM-Connect in the C:/vdata (preferred to be the server),
  • Execute the file ,
  • Create a folder named GEM-CONNECT on the Gem-car folder and put the path “C:\GEM-CAR\GEM-CONNECT” in ‘Emplacement du Fichier’,
  • Fill the creation step/ parts and Job category along with the client in preference. 


  •  In front of each step you can put the number of days active, this way it will export the info about each entry of the step:
  •  Example: in front of invoiced if we put 10. It will export the list of all the invoices for the last 10 days.



  • Make sure the play button is on.


  •  Click on the inventory button below 

  •  Select the categories to export and begin the exportation by clicking on play. 



   
  • Click on the client button and a CSV file will be created in the directory configured.

 
  • Click on the end of the day button, and configure the GL accounts.

  •  When you click on the interrogation point button, it will give you a list of the invoices that have not been transferred yet.



 


Copy the msstdfmt.dll file from a working computer, and paste it on C:\Windows\system32\ for 32-bit version of windows, and C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ for a 64-bit version.

Register the dll file with windows Registry: open the command line as an administrator:
